Grout Cleaner- Looking for Solutions?

The overall physical condition of the grout in my shower is good. However, the mold/mildew is a constant battle. Yes- I know I could squeegy (sp?) after each shower but none of the other 3 members of my family seem to rememeber to do so! Anyhow- what will work to whiten the grout quickly and effectively? I don’t mind scrubbing so long as it’s working…I’ve tried Tilex, Scrubbing Bubbles, bleach pens, Comet/Ajax with bleach. Nothing works as well as I’d like it to. Is there a bleach paste or gel that I can let run down the groove and sit awhile while it works?

Mix bleach and water 50/50 in a spray bottle and spray on grout. Leave for at least an hour. Spray off with shower head. Touch up as needed. Works every time.

Kim’s idea of vinegar is good too…but I do think bleach works better and faster.
