Did lunar stop subbing bleach caus i cant find and epidodes to download on their website

Yes. Though their website lists Bleach under “ongoing”, Lunar stopped subbing Bleach once it was licensed by VIZ Media Inc. They haven’t updated their website since September of last year, so it is misleading. I think they only got up to episode 69 or so.
They still have the Bleach OVAs, however, available for download.
